Tamagotchi v. 4.5

I looked at the v 4.5 characters and what is the difference between a uramemetchi and a memetchi how do you get them what is the difference. Same with the kuchipatchi (my favorite) and the urakuchipatchi. And all the other uras and non uras I am confused!

yh there are a few differences like mametchis smart and uramametchi is funny

There is that one like the tamatalk character. It has ears like mametchi and a body like ura mametchi.
