Actually, those are just pictures of the Famitama Royal, which came out at about the end of March in Japan. The V5.5's designs may be different from those, and the V5.5 might not even be the same, period.

Ebay is not supposed to be cheap, it is a site where lots of people have things for sale and you buy one for the lowest price if your looking for cheap. It can be any pricne, not just cheap.
