Tamagotchi v5.5 Help?

I have a few questions about the Tamagotchi V5.5. I just recently heard about it (and its existence, for that matter) and I want to buy one this weekend. So, here's the questions:

1. What are the main differences between V5.5 and V5?

2. Are the boxarts any different?

3. How do you tell a V5 from a V5.5 without opening the case?

4. Can they connect with other versions?

5. Do they work with the V5 Tamatown?

1. Which characters you can raise, and the built-in games.

2. Yes, but the V5.5 typically still says V5. In USA, the V5 package has a design like an orange roof at the top and a yellow picket fence along the bottom. The V5.5 (also known as the V5 Celebrity) has a design like a theatre marquee along the bottom. The V5.5 package is mostly dark blue - purple.

3. See answer to number 2. Also, if you do a google image search on "Tamagotchi V5" you can find the two package designs.

4. The V5.5 can connect with every model the V5 can, which is: V5, V5.5, V6 (MusicStar), and Tama-Go.
