When I type in the logout password from the pc to my tama it always says error.NOW I CAN'T GET ANY POINTS.

Also I am double checking that I've typed in the right password everytime I try.

Please,please help.

Well make sure all the Login password is the same when you type the logout password. The login password effects the outcome of your logout password. Don't get confused with the D's and O's. Try logging in to the P.C. again.
