Bandai released V4 in Spain & Portugal in late October/early November and shortly after in New Zeeland. Bandai has said that the release date for USA was in January but some states has already started selling them and Toys'R'us have them on their website. I have emailed my local toy store asking for release dates but they didn't have any information.
