You have to donate a certain amount of points (depending on different versions). Check the instructions if you are not sure how many.

You have to donate 5,000 points I believe to visit the Gotchiking. I think the king looks funny XD

When you do I think you get a ring

for v4 and v4.5 u just could go. for v3 u need to doniat 5000 points or 10000 point or 1500 points. I hope I helped!
