I first became attached to this song after hearing it on Criminal Minds. The song was used in the closing scenes of Criminal Minds, episode 5, season 3. 'Seven Seconds' It was used in the scene where Hotch is giving a little girl CPR. I cried. The song is sad, and it was used well in Seven Seconds. It has been used in other TV shows as well.

I loooove Hide And Seek by Imogen Heap. I'll definitely have to check out those two songs you recommended, since I am a IH fan
