I'm not sure , but I have it too , it is not a common item , I Dont see many people have it in their room I will try to find the item and how u can get it

Effile Tower is from donations. You have to donate quite a lot of ammount before you can get it. I don't donate anymore, I don't find the point of it, but that's pretty rare.
