time out

When I connected to my 2nd tom to give a present it gave poop so I put it in a time out and now there is just a big X bouncing on my screen!!! None of the buttons work what happened?????

that happened to me today simply just click the RESET button and then DOWNLOAD hope that helped

It is a battery problem. You normally get the big X when your batteries are dying. But I have also gotten the big X with brand new batteries.

When your battery has been running out for a long time, after a few weeks or so it will blank out completely. Then you DEFINITELY need new batteries.

the avarage lifespan for a cr-2032 battery in a tama is 2-2 & 1/2 months.

it could be shorter if:

you pause too much [its hard on batteries]

they arent new

its not completly pushed in
