TMGC+C - Why won't it stop raining!?

I got my TMGC+C three days ago and it has done nothing but rain since i've started it up. Is this normal or is there something wrong with it? Tell me anything you know, thanks!

in Japan it's the rainy season right now, so it's raining in your Tama. There are also things that the Tama celebrates, like festivals and holidays in Japan, because it's programmed with the Japanese calender. So it's normal.

There are a few subjects about the holidays/celebrations wandering around here, so maybe go take a look and figure out the other celebrations.
