Toddler to teen.

I recently purchased a V4 and I it is a toddler, the one that is blue with big bluer ears and rosey yellow cheeks.

Well on my information screen it says my tamagotchi is 1 year old but I was under the illusion by the time my tamagotchi was 1 it was a teen? Thats what had happened on my other tamagotchis.

Anyone care to enlighten me on this?

Hm.. You can have a 1 year old toddler, and they do evolve at age 1. Does that answer your question?

You can have a 1 year old toddler, it will evolve into a teen soon, I bet today.
