training lines

how do i get training lines? i know you can praise if back is turned and i know you can time out if asking for food and at least 1 heart is filled...what else...plz help.

This doesn't happen a lot though: If you connect two Tamas together, and it is present, watch for poo/snake/nothing/snake-in-the-box. The Tamagotchi who gave the bad present will come back and look like it's laughing. Give it a time-out.
