what does the training level mean? and how do u get it to go up?

The training bar means how well your tamagotchi is trained. You can make it go up by:

~ When you connect with someone, and you wrapped a present, and when you see your tama come back to your screen, if it's laughing, give it a timeout!

~ If your tamagotchi is crying, PRAISE it!

~ When your tamagotchi beeps and all the hungry and happy hearts are filled, give it a time-out! It shouldn't call you over when it doesn't need attention.

Those, I believe are some of the ways you get training bars.

No! If you do that you'll make it angry. (That is in the manual a believe!)
