Are you talkin' about the V4.5? If so, nothing happens if it gets full. It'll remain the same thing as if nothin' happened. Hope I helped!!

The more full your training bar is then the least likely your Tamagotchi is going to need a time out

Example:

-If you have a full training bar your Tamagotchi is less likely to call for your attention when it doesn't need it

-If you have a full training bar your Tamagotchi is less likely to give a bad present when connecting

-etc.

The amount of training affects which character you get. for example, if you're aiming for mametchi and you miss training (either praise it for wrong reason, don't give it appropriate time-outs, etc.) then you probly wouldn't get mametchi.

It DOESN't affect what tama character you get, at least on V2 upwards. People think that if you miss training, you won't get a top tier character, but I've had a Mametchi with 2 bars. That's for V2 and V3.

Seeing as growth is determined by family and skills on V4 and V4.5, nothing happens if you have full training.

On V1, it may do something, but I don't have a V1, so I can't help you with that.
