Trex giga pet won’t work!

So I dropped my Trex giga pet earlier today and now the screen is blank unless I press all buttons! When I do press all buttons it just poops and when I let go it turns off, does anyone know how to fix??

The first thing that I would check is whether the battery has been knocked loose by the fall. Take it out and put it back in, and please let us know what happens.

I took out the battery, and at first everything looked normal.But when I tried putting it back in it wouldn’t go in all the way, I got another looks and a part was loose. I tried putting it back in place and I put the battery back in and it’s working!
