TROUBLE x2!

I have two problems:

1) I keep getting blank screens, so I download it, and it comes back in about

an hour!!!

2) I have had my current tama for 3 days, and it is only 1 year old, and I NEVER puase it, EVER!!!

(((just in case you need to know, it is a teenager)))

Please Help!!! you don't know how much this means to me!

I Just got my v3 on friday! why would it need bateries?

again, water could have entered the tama which witht he symptons you listed is the most probable cause, but also change the battery to see if you have any luck/

The one year old promblem is because the child stage lasts 2 days,and it doesnt age then.

The age meter locks up when you download it. Your battery is faulty, and you need to return it to the store.
