The stuffed animal will only last until your tama goes to sleep. When it wakes back up the costume will be gone.

And to turn the sound off just go to the main screen and press A & C together and select off.

yes, the stuff animal costume that you get, can change your tama to a nyatchi which will be taken off when it goes to sleep. it is a one time use. you turn the sound off by pressing both the 'A' button and 'C' button
