It just beeped, and the '!' is above her head, and the music notes are lit up, and when I click on it, she just shakes her head.

Whats wrong with her?

Make sure that she has good health, otherwise she won't be able to go.

Like ^ said, make sure they are in good health, if they are, try again. Your tama will then preform at a concert. Depending on how well you do, it could raise your ranking, help you earn more gp from the band manager, and I believe it raises the skill points. Hope I helped you!
