1. I and most people have bought their tamagotchi Music Star at Toys Rus for 14.99 (btu if your in canada, its about 2 dollars more).

2. I don't know if its in Canada. You'll have to ask someone who lives there.

3. When you mean v6, do you mean Music Star? Because FYI, v6 is not the same as music star.
