My tama V4, whos name is Val (I couldn't fit Valerie <3) just turned into a young Dorotchi, and I promise you I took care of her well! She has over 20 points in all her skill points, and her happiness level has never been below three, and that was only once. Is it possible for a tama who has been perfectly cared for to turn into a Universal teen?

Maybe this was because you didn't get your skill points high enough, and universal tama's can be obtained by any health, sometimes even from good health.

Don't worry you may get Hanatchi, Masktchi or Pyonkotchi, and they are alright characters, i would choose Hanatchi!

Hmm dorotchi is young dorotchi on V4 (no longer dorotchi) so it is in the kutchi family
