Uratama Help!

Okay, you guys are talking about this "Uratama" thing, and i don't know what it is. Could someone give me a description of what they do, and maybe some pictures? Thanks!

Oh whoops!! Sorry!! I meant to put this in a different section. I (being a careless, lazy person lol) should have put it in the other section about non-tama and I thought i was in it but i guess not sorry! but seriously, what is a Uratama?
