V4.5 and V 4

Does anyone know what the difference is between the V4 and V4.5?

Im in boarding school now and miss out ><

The only diffrence that I know of are these:

 

V4 has a ball on the end of it's antenna like the Entama.

 

V4.5 has a star on the end of it's antenna like the Uratama

 

And V4.5 will have more characters, more careers, more games, etc...
