V4.5 Shop Owners?

My one V4.5 ("Running Cheetah" pattern) has a normal-looking shop owner. My other V4.5 ("Red w/ Butterflies" pattern) has a shop owner with a more open mouth and a headband.

Is there a significance to the differing shop owners?

There are differnet shop onwers in the v4, and the v4.5.

1. The one without anything.

2. the one with the headband and it's mouth open wider.

Neat. I like that I got two different V4.5's then. My V4 has the "normal" one, too, so I was so confused.
