v4.5 Sleeping/Wake Up Times?

Hi, I've looked all over the site and the internet for v4.5 sleeping times. I've been wondering what they are. Is it random, or something? Sorry if there's already a thread that answers this.

It depends on what character you have and what stage they're at. I can tell you that they are not random, and the topic should definitely help you out. Or you can record the times yourself if you're running your V4.5.
