V4's were out lots of places before U.S, I believe they came out in Spain or somewhere like that first, V4.5's haven't been announced for anywhere except U.S yet

Does that mean there's still a possibility it can come out at the same time in the UK, I really want one I think they look pretty.

I haven't seen anything about a release outside the U.S, I live in the UK also but I plan to get one from eBay when they are out in the U.S and I'll get another if they are released here.
