V4 and V4.5

so I,m playing with the V4 tamagotchi that my friend gave me like about a week ago and she didn't give me the instruction sheet. so I search the web for the V4 tama instruction sheet. but when ever I search one, it ALWAYS gives me the V4.5 kind. does the V4 and V4.5's have the same instruction sheet or is it too private because of the tamatown password???????
