V4 logout code

I get a logout code from tamatown, i enter it into my v4, i press b at the last digit;everything is right and it just goes back to the first digit so i don't get any points or anything. What am i doing wrong?

I made a post telling you what to do!You need to stay on the login password till your done....Then go over and type it in and walla you got it right...

then enter the passwords
