You have to play it yourself,

a mini-game is your job, you should be able to get a job 24 hours after evolving into an adult(if it's not been paused) through the [!] mail.

You get more games by your tamagotchi evolving. If you are not going to school, you have to do it . If you are going to preschool, your tamagotchi will do it by her/himself. In Regular School, you will be doing the game .
