and how do i get each point up e.g How do i get my skill level up

When you play games in TamaTown it does not raise your level of skill, you just add points to your bank.

To get your skill points up, play games, go to school, or go to work on your Tamagotchi. Each game raises a different skill point:

Jump Rope: Random

Mimic: Random

Shape: Intelligence

Dance: Style

Flag: Kindness

And who your school teacher is affects your skill points too:

Mr. Turtle: Intelligence

Miss Flower: Style

Mr. Canvas: Kindness

Also your job makes different skills go up:

Microscope/Beaker Icon: intelligence

Watering Can/Chef Hat Icon: ?

Medical Bag/Briefcase Icon: Intelligence

Microphone/Newsreader Desk Icon: Intelligence

Book/Coat Hanger Icon: Book- Intelligence Coat Hanger- Style

Fire Helmet Icon: Kindness

Balloon Icon: ?

Flag Icon: Intelligence
