Here are some of the tickets and their prices:

Canada ticket: 12,000 gotchi points. (6,000 on a SALE)

New York ticket: 10,000 gotchi points. (5,000 on s SALE)

Japan ticket: 20,000 gotchi points. (10,000 on a SALE)

I don't think the Travel Agency in the V4 TamaTown is open yet so you'll have to wait to use tickets if you have them.
