Try searching in the google. If you can't find anything, go to that page you ordered your tamagotchi (V4, was it?) and look at the images. Now, some of the words will be really tiny, so try reading the big lettered words. If you can't still find the information, try going to other sites about tamagotchi rather than Tamatalk.Go to Tamagotchi website,and click on Fan Connection. you might see some links there. There is even Tamatalk!!! hope I helped. <_<
