V5 Help!

My little brother just got a v5 but his won't connect with mine. Every time we click connect, then game, the reset screen shows up, we then have to download all the information again making it take even longer for them to grow up. Is this normal? Is anyone else having this problem, if so is there anyway to fix it?

 

Also at what age can a v4.5 get married?

thats a perfectly normal glitch 4 the v5, dont worry, as for stopping it i dont know. maybe u have 2 buy a new one? sorry

a v4.5 gets married at 5 or 6 yrs

don't worry. it's common. connecting takes alot of battery power. so your tama is low on power. it's happening to mine now.

yes i think your battery is simply low. i have this problem but i don't want to waste a battery and buy a new one just because it won't connect.
