Bandai hasn't anounced a specific release date for USA. I've seen "February" mentioned, in one of their press releases.

Your best bet is to check eBay for Tamagotchi most-recently-posted listings. Once you start seeing USA models there, you can be sure they're in USA stores somewhere.
