I would like a hanatchi so how would I treat him in the teen stage?!

Sorry Tyler but I don't think hardly anybody knows. The V2 has 30 characters and know one really knows how to get EVERY single character. But try to get him the same way you got him on the V1. But you should get a cool different character almost every generation so no need to be sad!!!
