It is already available in Califronia! And it is coming on mid July. Also there are alot on ebay so you can buy one there ;-).

well i had my tamagotchi for 9 months and i live in colorado. i would think i would have hit oregon already. And the UK umm you should talk to the admin about that.

I've seen reports that the V.4.5 is out in the UK already. Try Toys R Us or any other toy store, and check eBay.
