Weird glitch

I replaced the battery on my tama and When I started up my tamagotchi there was an egg on the screen and I hit "Download". I checked my tamas stats and its skill points were all changed! My skill points were 111, 651, and 999. Anybody know what might've happened?

Press the reset button then select Download again. A memory error must have happened.
