I have this weird problem. When I first changed the batteries on both my v3 and v4, they were fine. But when I leave them on their own, they shut themselves off.

I tried resetting, but when I did, all the hunger and happy hearts went empty on both.

This happened all day! Are they broken?? Help, please?

Hello there! I have heard of this problem. Check these:

•If It is the Proper Battery ( CR2032)

•Battery Properly In Place

•Drop It Often

•Droped it in Liquid [Even a Little]

•Dirty at the Back

If you have tried or taken concern of these things then your tama is broken. Also are these batterys bran new? Because if they are used they can damage your tamagotchi, NEVER put used batterys.

I hope I helped

Thanks for the reply!

I checked my battery number, and it was CR2025.

Man, I guess that was the problem. (Also, I drop my tamas a lot)

Thank you for helping!! :D

I've heard of some people using incorrect batteries and being able to use them by taping them in or something, but it is better to use the proper battery anyway. You can find them in Dicksmith and other electronics stores.
