What V3 characters are they...? I've never seen them before ;; My twins turned into them. Can someone help?

I'm not sure about them being bad care characters, but they aren't rare.They both come on the EVEN generations (2, 4, 6, etc.) on V3.

Yes, but it doesn't matter if it's a bad or good care character V3's are a little tricky on bad or good cares.

There is also one other character Shawdy_1 hasn't named, He is called Hinomatchi, he has a spikey looking head in the toy, but they are acutally flames.
