What exactly is pro debut?

It means that your band has successfully debuted (in other words, made its first appearance on stage as a full-fledged band) after passing the judges stage. Your band can now perform as a legitimate band, make money, and have fans (as opposed to being street performers, who are poor and don't make much money at all).

It's normal and the amount varies based on what star ranking you have, I believe. Just think of it as your wages for being in a professional band.
