my tama v2 g3 got acidently droped and it went to g7 adult + baby then (guess what) IT WENT TO g31!

By dropping it you messed it up. If you want to reverse it, try to reset it and download it, if it doesn't work, just reset it and you'll have to start from generation 1 again.
