Last I heard, it's coming out in September in Japan ONLY. So it will be in Japanese.

I have not heard if it will be made in English. I sure hope so. I'm not so confident about that though so I'll just go ahead and get the Japanese version. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for English!

In consolation, there is a Tamagotchi game for the Gameboy Color. I purchased it off eBay recently for about $13. I have yet to play it however, so I can say nothing as to its quality.
