Nothing. It is a decoration. The v3 is the western version of tamagotchi Keitai in Japan. Keitai tamagotchis could connect to the keitais (japanese mobile phones) and so the anntenna made it look like a mobile phone tama. Our v3s can't connect to mobile phones because of the way our phone networks are set up.. but they still used the same shell.
