Basically... to add on to what everyone here said.. (confidence, looks, personality, accopmlishments... everything) Charisma. It's something that turns people on whenever you see them, they just have this natural spark to them that makes everyone want to know her. They're not shy, or afraid, but they don't try hard to get attention.. they just have charisma. Charisma, ftw.

Well,

I agree that looks come first.

Then, you try to get to know them more to find out their personality.

If they person has no personality it won't work.
