Ichigotchi and Young Mimitchi wake up at 9am, but Hinotamatchi and Onionotchi wake up at 10am.

To wake them up and get them out of there sleepin in habit, just turn on the lights when you want your Tama to wake up and in 5-20 min, He should be awake. This might not be a good idea though, I don't know all the side effects (if there r any!!) I think it may make your Tama not like you a little.
