I tried the training times on my v5.5 that are for the v5.5 and they dont work!

It could be a glitch. Did you drop it in water, or hard surfaces? Try looking at yuor directions agan and if that doesent work you can reset it(Even thoug you can lose your pets)

The training times are the times of day that they may call for training. Sometimes they don't call for training, even though it's one of those times.

I fixed it i tried 2 mins before the time rather than 1
