what's the difference between a v4 and v4.5?!

what's the difference between a v4 and v4.5?! i have no idea exept there's different games and characters, is that it?

From what I heard, like Zunky said, it's just the games, charactors and then you can go on tamatown v4.5 section and hook it up to the expansion kit ... tree... thing....

So to be said, the V4.5 has a PC pack (that you have to buy seperately, as far as I know..), new designs, new games, new characters... And I think that's about it..
