The shop restock times are 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 12:00 AM (midnight)
To force a restock, set your Tamagotchi's clock to 1 minute before one of those times, then wait 1 minute. (Don't forget to set the clock back to the correct time when you're done.)
