What age do they pass away when they don't marry and grow old? I'm running a v2 and was wondering how long he'll live for once he's an elder.

Connections actually don't die of old age as long as you keep on top of their care. I've got an Otokitchi on my V3 currently aged 70 and still healthy.
What they can die of is getting sick too many times. I believe it's three or four times. Since the number of care misses doesn't reset itself in the oldie stage, it can add up and lead to death.
