i got my tamagotchi mini a week tommorow will a matchmaker come or will it change into a different character??????

My mini changed into a kuchipatchi, mine changed in two days, and no matchmakers come, I think you just take care of it until it dies or is ready to leave, I'm not sure, I bought my mini 4 days ago.
