When will my tama take off his costume?

My tama finally evolved into Kutchipatchi, the one I wanted the entire time, and I was thrilled! I started using some of the items I had collected and when I got to the stuffed animal... he put it on. Now he's a giant pikachu. It's very cute, yes, but I want my dinosaur back.

When is the suit going to come off?
